What counts as an event?
One ingested trace — whether from the SDK, a webhook, or OTEL export — is one event. Re-running detection on an existing trace does not count. Detector runs are unmetered: running every detector on one trace is still one event.
What counts as a healing action?
Every call to heal_now() that produces a fix, escalation, or verification result. Healing is metered because each one runs an LLM round-trip; detection alone never costs you usage.
What happens if I exceed my limit?
Free hard-caps. Indie, Pro, and Team bill overages at the per-unit rate shown on each card — usage continues uninterrupted with an in-app warning at 80% and 100%.
Why per-seat at Team is $0?
Pisama's value scales with agent activity, not how many humans watch the dashboard. Team is a flat $99 base plus pooled usage — invite the whole engineering team without per-seat math.
Can I self-host?
The MIT-licensed SDKs always run in your environment. Managed platform self-hosting, including Helm and air-gapped deployment, is scoped through Enterprise.
